Terminal Agent Installation and Setup

Before you can start using the Point of Sale (POS) module, a Terminal Agent must be installed and configured on the device that will be used for sales transactions.

What is the Terminal Agent?

The Terminal Agent is a service that establishes communication between the POS terminal and the ERP system. It enables the terminal to synchronize data, process transactions, and operate seamlessly within the POS environment.

Why is it Required?

The Terminal Agent is required to:
